May's Task

Well here we are at the last task until many of us break off for our summer holidays.

The task is a little bit different but still on the idea of using our voices.

Here it is and I hope you like it.


You are allowed to use any of the tools we have used from the previous tasks that support pictures which means 'voki' is out. Choose the tool that you think was the easiest to you and gave the best results.

Gather pictures of your school and location using a camera.

We are going to say 'goodbye' in everyone's language that are members of VOTW. To make this happen you need to reply to this post by Monday 12th May with the written word how to say goodbye in your language. Now there is another part for next week and it will only take a few minutes. Make a voki and record yourself saying goodbye so we can hear how you pronounce it and place the embeded code in the comments area of this post along with your written word.

So what am I looking for - voki saying goodbye in your language (one word) and the written text by Monday.

The next part to the task requires you to look and listen to all the replies with your children and create a show with your children saying goodbye in all the languages and accents alongside pictures of your school and location.

When complete send me the link and I'll place on the wikispace.

Depending on the response you could be saying Goodbye thirty time but it should be fun!

yesterday was our summer fest.. our pupils performed for the parents! an e-story we made 9 kindergartens in another etwinning:-)) ..
today is our last day at school with kids in the class!! .. a big relief -you know this wonderful feeling- and fun games in our school yard just for us..

Hi everyone!!!
This fall I will work with 7 year olds and we will probably be up for a project with "one to one". I´m really interested in learning about this and I want to know if any of you in VOTW have any experience from working with "one to one" in 1st grade??? And work together??? Anyhow, if we are not chosen I really, really want to have a partner somewhere in Europe to work with in a nice little project.

And Sharon! Will VOTW continue? Since many of us have new students this autumn it would be lovely! It would be great to do it, now with experience in our "back packs".

Hi Sharon,
Our video is back up and running with the added credits. I had a delay of several days as I waited for Google video to do whatever it is they do when updating videos.
