April task - discussion

Here is Annas idea:

As far as 2009 is the Year of Astronomy I would like to suggest for this month task an activity concerning this..

We may create a video the way we like and be creative using various ‘objects, materials’ presenting and saying the 9 planets mixed up with our kids favorite music –or creating our own!- beginning from the closer to the Sun planet..

( since 2006.. the planets are 8 + 1 dwarf planet)

We are free to choose the way we have to make our video and where to upload it.

We are looking forward to seeing your ideas for this month task.. or to let us know if you like the above

Hi dear Karin..
you may upload your video at Youtube,Google, onetruemedia (we did it) or where else you like and it supports video uploading.. I suggest to work it with windows movie maker first ..

I did it and we are published! On youtube! I am sorry about the very long song at the end of the film but the children insisted. It is the Swedish contribution to European Song Contest in 1979 and they love it. Have a nice weekend all of you!

What about May task. Was it something I was supposed to do, or Sharon? My pupils cried out: NO! when I told them it was the last task in May.

The new task -sorry the last one:-( is coming next week.. just to give a 'breath' to some partners to arrange April task..and then to focus on our last task...
You know is the last because many schools end in a while...like mine:-))) 15 of June all pupils are ready to go for swimming...even now is hard to keep them inside the class! ..

Anna, I took a look into your blog - a wonderful show with the ducks, I actually got some tears in my eyes when I watched and listened to it, very nice story with an excellent song.

thanks my dear Eva.. I feel Lucky ..privileged... I am a teacher...I love kids and be learning with them.. I have a long story behind me -as all of us- and some 'extra bad* events' .. but this week made a good 'format' offering Great moments of Joy! to all and of course to me...

1 hour ago I made a SKYPE ' video-intervention' speaking about e-twinning at a presentation of my Portuguesse partner she made today to her country... -she is ambassador like you- ... a Great experiance to speak to an audience so far ...so simple! when technology works.. I love it-))

time to relax... a little bit...is siesta time here...
